LOL. I just got back Jan 20, so it'll be a little while.
We've just moved (still in process, really) from the Embassy trailer park to a villa, so still looking for sources of local fresh food. Bought 30 steaks from the PX at Victory, had our security detail run it down for us and it was just about $500.
OK, Never mind the price. Those steaks were worth it. We grilled some up last night, minimal "fixin's", but OMG it was good to have a steak cooked right (not cooked into shoe leather and then kept warm in a pan of water for an hour.)
Even tho we haven't located BBQ tools yet and had to flip them with a Kabar, lol
Thanks for the offers to buy BBQ tools- greatly appreciated. I managed to order some from Amazon, so it's all good now. should be here in a few days.
