Not that it changes the idiocy displayed all around, but he was zapped for pointing a scattergun at a landscaper, not for not mowing the lawn.
When we first married, Mrs. Drang said something about on-post housing, and I declined, preferring not to live someplace I could get a ticket for skipping a week mowing.
Guess a ticket ain't so bad after all...
True, but it all started with someone telling him what to do with his property and then invading his space. People get territorial about their homes, and I've been on the receiving end of these HOA people. They are a major pain in the ass.
